‘Tis the Season Craft Show
Saturday, November 7 at Lakeland Union High School, Minocqua
About this event
The annual ‘Tis the Season Craft Show will return to Lakeland Union High School on Saturday, November 7 from 9:00AM to 3:00PM for a day of relaxing shopping, crafts, concessions, 50/50 raffles, and bake sales. Proceeds will benefit the LUHS Music Boosters. For craft show information, contact JoAnne at 715-892-5114.
What to expect
Browsing is the main activity, with tables of crafts and baked goods to work through at your own pace. Concessions are on hand for a snack break, and a 50/50 raffle runs alongside the shopping. High school band students help carry the raffle around the room, which gives the day a friendly, community feel.
Why go
The fair has been raising money for school programs for more than 20 years, and the Music Boosters have been part of it for a few of those. The money now supports music camps and a spring trip to New York for students in the program. It is a practical stop for holiday shopping in Minocqua that also helps local kids.
