Northwoods Lorcana League
Saturday, November 7 at TalonSong Gaming, Minocqua
About this event
The Northwoods Lorcana League is a weekly league for Disney's Lorcana trading card game, run at TalonSong Gaming in Minocqua. Newcomers can learn the game, and experienced players compete against others at their level for prizes. The store is an Organized Lorcana Play location, so it runs league and draft play as often as it can.
What to expect
The league meets at the store's tables on a regular weekly schedule, with the new Lorcana set at the center of play. TalonSong is a busy card shop with trading card games of many kinds on its shelves, plus dice, roleplaying books and Warhammer. A typical night mixes players still learning the rules with regulars who know the game well.
Why go
A standing weekly league gives players a steady group to play against and a reason to keep their decks sharp. TalonSong also hosts other card and tabletop play, including Magic: The Gathering events and Dungeons & Dragons games. For Lorcana players in the Northwoods, it is one of the few places to find a regular league.
