About this event
Join Distillery staff for a fun, interactive, and in-depth tour on our craft distilling process. The team will give you a behind-the-scenes look at the distillery while sharing the science and art behind deliciously aged and expertly blended spirits. Tour leaders explain the differences among clear and aged spirits, the subtle intricacies of distillation, barrel aging and blending. Tours are small (with a maximum of 12-14 people), and last approximately 1 hour. If you have groups larger than 8, please contact us to sign up for a private tour. $15/person or $13/military-veteran and includes a complimentary cocktail. Register online.
What to expect
Tours are kept small, with no more than 12 to 14 people, and run about an hour. Staff give a behind-the-scenes look at the distillery and explain the science and craft behind aged and blended spirits. A complimentary cocktail is included with the tour.
Why go
The distillery sits on a lakeside stretch of Highway 51, and its tasting room is open all year. The spirits are made with Wisconsin-grown grains, Northwoods water and regional fruits and botanicals. That makes the tour a look at local ingredients as well as technique, and a good fit for anyone curious how clear and aged spirits differ.
