Crafts & Coffee at the Community Church of Boulder Junction
Tuesday, November 3 at Community Church of Boulder Junction, Minocqua
About this event
The 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the Month at the Community Church. Connect with other crafty individuals, enjoy snacks and drinks, and work on any craft you’d like. Contact: Community Church (715) 385-2146
What to expect
Crafters of all kinds and all abilities sit together in the church's conference room and work on whatever they brought. Snacks and drinks come from the Boulder Junction Coffee Shop, so the table feels more like a visit than a class. Katie and Susie host the group, and newcomers are welcome to pull up a chair.
Why go
It is a low-key way to meet people in a small town, and the group meets twice a month. The church's Sunday coffee hour has the same friendly spirit, just with yarn, paint or paper in hand. For a reader who has been meaning to start a project, this is an easy place to begin.
