Builder's Club

Kids build at their own pace from the library's supply of Legos and Magna Tiles, the magnetic tiles that snap together into 3D shapes. Because it is a free-build, there is no set project to finish. The Children's Department is the room, and the building materials are set out there for anyone who wants to join in.

Free-build sessions suit kids who would rather invent their own designs than follow instructions. The library has run this weekly build for school-aged children since at least 2024, so it is a steady fixture on its calendar. For families in the area, it is a simple, dependable afternoon at a small-town library.
