Bingocize at The Rock Mission Center

Each session mixes rounds of bingo with exercises that anyone can take part in. Because the program runs over ten weeks, it works as a steady series rather than a single visit. The Rock occupies two-thirds of a large church building on East Wall Street, and its dining hall seats 170.

Pairing a familiar game with exercise gives the program a social, easygoing feel. The Rock is a non-profit, non-denominational organization, and its space serves the wider community through ministries, meals and meetings. The lower level also has a game room with ping-pong, pool and air hockey.
