TINKER TUESDAY
Tuesday, November 3 at Tomahawk Public Library - Community Room,300 W Lincoln Ave, Tomahawk, WI 54487, USA, Minocqua
About this event
Tinker Tuesday is a weekly enrichment program at the Tomahawk Public Library for kids in grades K through 8. It runs during the school year in the library's community room, a short drive from Minocqua in Tomahawk. Board games, crafts and STEAM challenges fill each session, and children take part alongside their friends.
What to expect
Each session mixes board games, crafts and STEAM challenges, so kids can move between quiet table play and hands-on building. The program is designed for children in kindergarten through eighth grade to enjoy with their friends. The library's community room is the setting for all of it, so the activities happen in one familiar space each week.
Why go
For kids who like to build, make and solve problems, this is a steady weekly option during the school year. It gives children a regular group to spend an afternoon with, and the mix of games, crafts and STEAM work keeps the activities varied. It is a dependable after-school habit for families in the Tomahawk area.
