Story Time at the Walter E. Olson Memorial Library
Tuesday, November 3 at Walter E. Olson Memorial Library, Minocqua
About this event
Story Time at the Walter E. Olson Memorial Library is a weekly session for young children and the grown-ups who bring them. Each one is built around stories, songs and fun, and it is run by the library's youth services. The library sits on North Main Street in Eagle River, a short drive from Minocqua.
What to expect
The library's listing asks kids to bring a grown-up along, so caregivers are part of the morning. Sessions mix stories with songs and fun, and the library keeps the same format from one week to the next. Storytime is a small, familiar room of regulars rather than a big event, with the focus on the children.
Why go
Storytime is a simple, repeatable outing for families who want a structured morning with books and music. The library runs it through the fall months, and it fits easily alongside the other youth programs on its calendar. For families in Eagle River and the surrounding towns, it is a dependable local habit.
