Season of Giving Blood Drive

The Hodag Dome is a school district facility, billed as the largest air-supported high school dome in the country, with more than 128,000 square feet of climate-controlled space. It is normally used for turf fields, running tracks and tennis courts, so a blood drive there fills a big open floor. Presenting donors receive a CBC t-shirt and a choice of breakfast or lunch.

First-time donors get a $25 gift card through CBC's Lifesaver Rewards program, which makes a first donation easier to justify. CBC also makes a monetary donation to Veterans Groups of Rhinelander for each presenting donor. A single visit supports local hospital patients and local veterans at the same time.
