About this event
Baby Storytime is a library program for babies in their first two years, held in the meeting room at Rhinelander District Library. Simple stories and songs come first, and a playtime follows. It is a low-key option for families in Minocqua who want a regular library routine with very young children.
What to expect
The storytime itself is built on simple stories and songs, and the program puts the emphasis on fun rather than structure. A playtime follows, so babies can move around and explore while caregivers talk. The meeting room sits inside the library building on North Stevens Street in Rhinelander.
Why go
Caregivers get time to connect with each other while their little ones play and learn. For a Minocqua family with a baby, it is an easy way to build a library habit early. The program is short and simple, which suits babies who are still learning to sit through a story.
